Field Survey Process

According to the plan, the field survey team proceeded to Hong Kong for an on-site inspection of Success Finance, with public information showing its office address to be Room 1003-04, 10th floor, Tower One, Admiralty Centre, 18 Harcourt Road, Admiralty, Hong Kong.

The surveyors arrived in the Admiralty area of Hong Kong, reaching the Admiralty Centre. This building is an older commercial building with a plain company campus and street environment, however, it has a prime location near Admiralty, abundant surrounding business atmosphere, home to a multitude of companies, and even consulates of various countries. From the outside of the building, the surveyors were able to clearly capture a panorama of the building.

The surveyors were able to smoothly enter the building lobby, which had the characteristics of an older commercial building. Upon checking the lobby directory, the company name of Success Finance was clearly found, providing clear guidance for finding the company.

The surveyors proceeded to the 10th floor, accurately identifying the specific location of Room 1003-04. Upon arrival, they found that although the company logo was not found inside the building, the company's sign could be seen on the floor, and the reception and its logo could be photographed from outside. Despite not being able to enter the interior of the company, it was observed that there's a basic office environment inside. It was confirmed that this place is not a co-working space, sufficiently proving the company's real existence at this place.

Therefore, following the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Success Finance genuinely exists at the stated address.

The surveyors visited Success Finance accordingly as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
