Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Istanbul as planned to inspect the forex broker Osmanli FX, whose public office address is Büyükdere Cd. Nurol Plaza B Blok No:255/802 Kat:8, 34398 Sarıyer, İstanbul.

Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of the address for investors, the professional inspection team, after preliminary route planning and address confirmation, conducted on-site work based on the publicly available address.

The inspection team successfully and accurately arrived at the target building. As the core of the CBD, the area boasts a bustling corporate campus and streetscape, creating a vibrant business atmosphere. The inspection team captured a full panoramic view of the building from the outside. The building's simple and elegant design is in line with its positioning as a top-tier CBD building. Before entering the building, a rigorous security check is required, and the management is very strict, fully meeting the security standards expected of a high-end commercial building.

Afterward, the surveyors successfully passed the security check and entered the company lobby. The interior was luxuriously decorated, but they did not find the Osmanli FX name on the lobby floor signage, nor did they observe any trace of the company's logo in the lobby or on the building exterior. To verify the authenticity of the office space, the surveyors confirmed with on-site security personnel, who contacted the Osmanli FX front desk through internal communication channels. The feedback was clear: first, they confirmed that Osmanli FX was indeed located on the 8th floor of the building, and the address was consistent with public information. Second, they were informed that access to the office area required an appointment in advance, and that temporary access was not available to the surveyors.

Due to the appointment-required management regulations, the surveyors were unable to obtain permission to access the building. They could neither reach the 8th floor to confirm the specific office location nor enter the company interior. Therefore, they were unable to photograph the front desk or its logo. Furthermore, security personnel confirmed through communication with property management that the building's occupants were all dedicated offices, not shared offices, eliminating the possibility of information confusion caused by shared offices and further solidifying the conclusion that the business premises existed.

Therefore, after on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Osmanli FX actually exists at the above address.

The surveyors visited Osmanli FX as planned and found the broker's company information at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker has a physical location. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
