Minsk, Minsk Region, Belarus

Reasons for Field Survey
Leveraging regional financial development, the Belarusian foreign exchange market has gradually established an operating system encompassing diverse institutions, making it a key venue for local investors to participate in foreign exchange transactions. To help investors gain a direct understanding of the true operational status of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Belarus.
Field Survey Process
This issue's field research team traveled to Belarus as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the forex brokerage Zepter Bank. Publicly available information indicates that the office address for this investigation is Exchange Point No. 1 114 Timiryazev St., Minsk (1st floor of Hyundai AutoGrad).
Upholding the responsibility of rigorous verification for investors, the professional field research team conducted a field visit to the exchange point, based on established plans and referring to the publicly available address, with the goal of reconstructing Zepter Bank's true operations at this location.
The field research team traveled to Minsk, Belarus, and conducted an on-site verification of the Zepter Bank exchange point, which was claimed to be located at Exchange Point No. 1 114 Timiryazev St., Minsk (1st floor of Hyundai AutoGrad). Upon arrival, the field research team confirmed that the exchange point was located on the first floor of Hyundai AutoGrad, within a large local market. The surrounding streets were generally unremarkable, allowing the field research team to successfully capture panoramic photos of the Hyundai AutoGrad building. No Zepter Bank logo was found on the building's exterior. Upon entering, a company sign in the lobby clearly indicated Zepter Bank.
After explaining their purpose to the on-site staff, the surveyors were granted entry and, following the signage, were directed to the first floor, where they accurately located the trading point. Upon entering, they discovered that this was Zepter Bank's dedicated business space, not a shared office. The surveyors successfully photographed the reception desk, which bore the company logo.
On-site observation revealed a standard office environment within the trading point. Visual inspection revealed a single room, with an estimated number of workstations. The surveyors also noted frequent traffic within the market, with a significant number of people lingering at the trading point, creating a lively atmosphere. Based on the actual scene, the Zepter Bank trading point was confirmed to exist and operate normally.
Thus, the survey confirmed that Zepter Bank existed at the aforementioned address and had a physical location.
Field Survey Summary
The surveyors visited Zepter Bank as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
