Process

The verification personnel successfully arrived at STAR HOUSE in Tsim Sha Tsui. The location is situated in the bustling downtown area of Tsim Sha Tsui, with a prosperous surrounding environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After communication, permission to enter was obtained.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 16th floor, the verification personnel found that the directory board inside the building displayed information for other companies at this address. There was no clear signage for CHN in the office area. As no signs of the company were found, the verification personnel were unable to enter the interior. They also could not photograph the reception desk or its LOGO, and the office was not a shared workspace.

From the public areas on the floor, the verification personnel could not observe the internal environment of the company. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that broker CHN does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The team was unable to see the broker's company name or other relevant information at the location, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
