Reasons for Field Survey

The Belarusian foreign exchange market is a vital component of Eastern Europe's financial landscape. Leveraging its solid industrial foundation in machinery manufacturing and chemicals, as well as its close economic and trade ties with neighboring countries, the country's foreign exchange trading business has steadily grown, attracting both international traders and local institutions. To help investors gain a thorough understanding of the true operational status of local forex brokers, a field research team conducted a special visit to Belarus.

Field Survey Process

This survey team traveled to Belarus as planned, visiting the publicly listed Inceptial office address (69a-2, Minskaya St., office 35, 223050 Kolodischi, Minsk region, Republic of Belarus, Europe) to verify the authenticity of the broker's business location.

The surveyors arrived at the building at 69a-2 Minsk Street, Kolodischi District, Minsk Oblast. Located in rural Minsk, the surrounding streets are simple and lack a strong commercial atmosphere. While the surveyors successfully captured panoramic views of the building, they found no Inceptial-related signage on the exterior, and the building lacked obvious office characteristics. 

When attempting to enter the building lobby, they were denied entry due to lack of proper authorization, preventing them from entering the building for inspection. Based on external observations and surrounding conditions, the building lacked any visible company signage, and no trace of the Inceptial logo was visible either inside or outside.

Subsequent attempts to verify the location of the target office, Office 35, were denied building access, preventing us from reaching the designated floor and room. This prevented us from entering the office, photographing the reception desk and its logo, and obscuring the internal office environment. The address's location in a non-core area, the absence of any company signage, and the inability to verify access further confirmed the discrepancy between the publicly listed business address and the information on the inspection form.

Therefore, the inspection confirmed that the broker, Inceptial, does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Inceptial as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
