On-site visit

In this issue, the survey team went to Australia to visit broker DDM as planned according to its regulatory address that Andrew Demura, Level 3, 139 Collins Street Melbourne VIC 3000.

The investigators arrived at 139 Collins Street in Melbourne of Victoria, Australia for a visit to the broker‘s office on December 19, 2023, and located the famous “Paris Corner” in the city. It is also one of the most notable corners in Australia. The building’s location is excellent, with convenient transportation in close proximity to stations include Collins Street and Spring Street.

Upon access to the building for further investigation, the survey personnel spotted a directory in the lift lobby, which didnt display any information pertinent to “DDM”, apart from the luxury brands like Louis Vuitton.

After searching all the floors of the building, there was no sign of broker DDM.

Through the on-site investigation, it‘s confirmed that the company doesn’t have a physical presence at the location.

Conclusion

The survey team went to Australia to visit broker DDM as scheduled, but didn‘t find the company at its regulatory address. This denotes that the broker doesn’t have a physical business office at the place. Accordingly, investors are advised to make a judicious decision following much deliberation.
