The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 11th floor, the inspectors found that the office area of NEW CASTLE had no obvious signage or security measures. As no signs of the company's presence were found, the inspectors could not enter the interior, were unable to photograph the reception area, and the office was not a shared workspace.
