Purpose

The Turkish foreign exchange market is an emerging foreign exchange market that has developed rapidly in recent years. With the gradual opening of the Turkish economy and the continuous improvement of the financial market, foreign exchange trading occupies an important position in local financial activities. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of foreign exchange brokers in this region, the on-site inspection team went to Turkey for a field visit.

Process

This time, the on-site inspection team went to Turkey as planned to visit the forex broker CH Markets. According to public information, its office address is Maslak Mahallesi, Sümer Sokak, Ayazağa Ticaret Merkezi, No:3/14, Şişli, Sarıyer, İstanbul. 

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Turkey according to a well-planned itinerary. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the dealer CH Markets.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer CH Markets claimed to be located at Maslak Mahallesi, Sümer Sokak, Ayazağa Ticaret Merkezi, No:3/14, Şişli, Sarıyer, İstanbul.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in the Sarıyer district of Istanbul, Turkey. The surrounding area should have been a hub for commercial activities, but this inspection found no obvious signs related to the company. No company logo or relevant information was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, they obtained permission to enter the building.

However, the company's directory board was not found inside the building. Since it was impossible to obtain the specific floor information of the company within the building, we were unable to reach the specific floor and confirm the exact location. Naturally, we could not enter the company's interior, nor could we take photos of the reception desk and the logo on the reception desk. Additionally, this office is not a shared office.

Upon arrival, it was found that there was no such company. Inquiring at the front desk also revealed that there was no such company, and no relevant information could be found. Through the public areas of the building, it was impossible to observe the internal environment or other conditions of the company.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer CH Markets does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The field investigator went to Turkey as planned to visit the forex broker CH Markets. At the publicly displayed business address, the company name and other information of the broker were not found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
