Đường số 1, Ho Chi Minh city, Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam

In recent years, Vietnam's foreign exchange market has shown steady development as an emerging market in Southeast Asia. With the increasing activity in cross-border trade and investment, the demand for foreign exchange transactions has gradually grown, and the market environment has become increasingly complex. Investors now have higher requirements for the compliance and authenticity of brokers. To help the majority of investors comprehensively understand the business operations of local foreign exchange brokers, the on-site inspection team traveled to Vietnam to conduct on-site visits to brokers Castle Market who claim to operate locally, in order to verify the authenticity of their office locations.
With a sense of mission to strictly safeguard the interests of investors, the on-site inspection team of this issue meticulously planned and traveled to Vietnam to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer Castle Market based on the address disclosed in public information. The dealer's publicly listed business address is 'Park 7, Vinhomes Central Park, 720 Dien Bien Phu, ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam' .
The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the target area—Building 7 of Vincom Central Park. This location is situated in the central area of Ho Chi Minh City, surrounded by a bustling environment, convenient transportation, and a strong commercial atmosphere. There are multiple office buildings, shopping malls, and residential areas nearby, making it a comprehensive commercial community. On the exterior of the building, the inspection personnel observed a modern and grand appearance, with the 'Park 7' signage clearly visible. They also successfully captured the overall exterior of the building.
The inspection personnel entered the lobby on the first floor of the building, identified themselves and the purpose of the inspection to the front desk staff, and after a brief registration, obtained permission to enter.
Upon arriving at the target floor, the on-site inspector found that there was an access control system at the entrance, requiring a card swipe to enter. Due to strict security measures and the lack of a prior appointment, the on-site inspector was unable to obtain permission to enter the interior of the target floor. The address is not a shared office space, but the inspector noted that the building is a mixed-use complex combining residential and office spaces. The front desk staff mentioned, 'After leasing, it can be used as a residence or to register a company.' As for whether Castle Market operates here, the staff stated they could not provide specific information.
As they were unable to enter the premises, the inspectors observed the outer areas of the company's office space through the glass door. However, due to strict security measures, they were unable to photograph the reception area and the logo at the front desk. At the same time, the inspectors inquired with the lobby staff whether Castle Market was located in the building. They learned that the company's name was not listed in the lobby directory, and no signs related to the company were found within the building.
Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer Castle Market could not be verified to exist within the internal office area at the aforementioned address, and the claimed business premises could not be accessed for verification.
The on-site inspector proceeded as planned to Building 7, Vincom Central Park, 720 Dien Bien Phu Road, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to conduct a physical visit to the trader Castle Market. Although the inspector successfully entered the building's lobby, they were unable to access the interior to verify the office area due to the need for a keycard to enter the target floor and strict security measures. Additionally, no clear signage or company name of the trader was found on the exterior of the building, in the lobby directory, or inside the building, and the front desk staff could not confirm whether the trader operates there. Based on the comprehensive on-site inspection results, the inspector confirmed that the trader failed to demonstrate a genuine business presence at the aforementioned address. Investors are advised to make their choices after considering all factors.
