Process

The on-site inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker TFL in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Lot 7A, 3rd Floor, WisMa WonG Wo Lo, Jalan MusTapha, 87000 Labuan F.T.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet investments for investors, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the trader TFL reportedly located at LoT 7A, 3rd Floor, WisMa WonG Wo Lo, Jalan MusTapha, 87000 Labuan F.T.

The inspector successfully arrived at the building corresponding to the postal code. The building is a hotel, not an office building, which significantly differs from the expected office environment. The surrounding area does not exhibit a typical commercial office atmosphere, and the business environment is mediocre. No TFL company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby. Due to the hotel nature of the building, after stating their purpose to the security or staff, they were not granted permission to enter.

Due to the inability to enter the building, we could not reach the target floor to confirm the specific location, nor did we find any obvious signage or security measures for TFL's office area. Unable to access the interior, we also could not photograph the reception desk or its logo, and the premises were not a shared office space.

Through the building lobby, it is impossible to observe the internal environment and other conditions of TFL company. The overall situation does not match its claimed positioning as a forex broker.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer TFL does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker TFL in Malaysia as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the broker was found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
