In this issue, the survey team went to London in the UK to visit forex broker Trade Capital UK as planned according to its regulatory address that 12th floor, 30 Crown Place, London EC2A 4EB, UK.

A seasoned and professional inspection team, committed to safeguarding investor interests, conducted a meticulously planned on-site verification of the forex broker Trade Capital UK at 30 Crown Place in London, UK.

The target address is situated between two major transport hubs - Liverpool Street and Moorgate - enjoying an exceptionally prime location that typifies high-end business services. Upon arrival at 30 Crown Place, its exterior immediately confirms the areas commercial prestige. The building features a striking modern glass curtain wall design with sophisticated interior decor that exemplifies the quality of premium office space. The building plaque clearly identifies it as “Pinsent Masons 30 Crown Place,” indicating its importance as a key location for the renowned law firm Pinsent Masons. The surrounding area is bustling with activity, characteristic of core business environment in the City of London.

Subsequently, the investigators proceeded to explore the building interior. They successfully passed through the entrance (after front desk clearance) into the building. The lobby was spacious, bright, and luxuriously modern, staffed by professional reception personnel. The inspection team immediately went to check the lobby directory for crucial verification. However, after carefully reviewing all floors and company listings, they found no information related to “Trade Capital UK.” The prominently displayed tenant information on the directory featured the buildings namesake, Pinsent Masons law firm and its affiliates, with no trace of the target company name. This initial verification already revealed anomalies.

To rule out the possibility of outdated directory information, the investigators directly inquired with the front desk staff about the presence of Trade Capital UK on the 12th floor. The receptionist promptly checked their internal system and clearly stated that no company named Trade Capital UK was registered as occupying office space on the 12th floor, or indeed anywhere in the entire building.

Through the on-site investigation, it is confirmed that the broker does not maintain a physical presence at the above address.

Conclusion

It denotes that the broker does not have a physical office at the location. Accordingly, investors are advised to make a well-considered decision following much deliberation.
