Reasons for Field Survey

The Japanese foreign exchange market is one of the world's most important forex trading markets, boasting a long history, a mature financial system, and strict regulatory mechanisms. It holds a crucial position in the global forex market. With numerous participants and high trading activity, it is subject to strict oversight by regulatory agencies such as the Financial Services Agency of Japan, ensuring the market's standardized operation. To help investors gain a more comprehensive understanding of the actual operations of forex dealers in the region, the field research team conducted an on-site visit to Japan.

Field Survey Process

This issue's on-site inspection team traveled to Tokyo as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of Icahn Enterprises FX, a brokerage firm. Publicly available information indicates that Icahn Enterprises FX's office address is 1-3-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo, at Level 5, Tokyo Toranomon Graph Mall.

With a sense of responsibility to conduct rigorous verification for investors, the professional and experienced on-site inspection team traveled to Tokyo according to a carefully planned plan. 

Based on the address information, the on-site inspection team traveled to the Toranomon area of Tokyo's Minato Ward and conducted an on-site inspection of Icahn Enterprises FX, a brokerage firm that claimed to be located at 1-3-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

The inspection team successfully arrived at the address, Tokyo Toranomon Grooms Hall, a luxurious building with a luxurious corporate campus and surrounding streets. From the exterior, the inspection team successfully captured panoramic photos of the building, but found no Icahn Enterprises FX signage.

The inspection team was unable to enter the building lobby, but they did capture a sign that did not display the Icahn Enterprises FX company name. Furthermore, no Icahn Enterprises FX logo was found inside or outside the building.

Because they were unable to enter the building, the inspection team could neither reach the 5th floor nor confirm the specific location of the brokerage firm, nor enter the alleged Icahn Enterprises FX premises. The inspection team inquired with relevant personnel and learned that the company was not located on this floor. The overall appearance of the building indicated that the address was not a shared office, and no photos of the Icahn Enterprises FX front desk could be seen from the exterior or any other observable angle. 

Therefore, after an on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker Icahn Enterprises FX does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Icahn Enterprises FX as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
