However, as the Mitsui Building was closed, the survey team was unable to enter the building, and consequently, the company lobby. Upon investigation, no company signage was displayed, and the Gaitame Finest logo was not visible either on the exterior or inside.

Because the building was inaccessible, the survey team was unable to reach the specific floor, confirm the location, or enter the company. The address was not a shared office, and no photos could be taken of the reception desk with the Gaitame Finest logo. Information regarding the company's internal office environment, number of rooms, or number of workstations was available.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the trading company, Gaitame Finest, did not exist at the aforementioned address, and the address did not match the address listed on the survey form.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
