A Visit to TRACXUS in Thailand – No Office Found
Danger Thailand

Reasons for Field Survey

Leveraging its strengths in tourism and international trade, Thailand's foreign exchange market has steadily grown, becoming a vital component of Southeast Asia's financial landscape and attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This survey team visited TRACXUS as planned. Its publicly listed office address is 63-65 Took Taladluang (Charoenkrung 44), Charoenkrung Rd., Bangkok Subdistrict, Bangkok District, Bangkok, 10500, Thailand.

Using Google Navigation, the surveyors found that the road section located there was a residential area with a high concentration of snack bars, with no dedicated office parks or buildings. The “”Company Campus and Street Environment“” section was recorded as “”Simple“” based on the actual scene. Because the surrounding area was mostly low-rise residential buildings and street-side snack bars, there were no buildings that met the criteria of an “”office building,“” and therefore no “”full view of the building“” could be captured.

Upon further verification of the address, the surveyors confirmed that the location indicated by Google Navigation was a restaurant, not an office space. The area consisted of street-side shops and residential buildings, with no accessible “”building lobby“” and, naturally, no office signs such as “”building signage“” or “”company logo.“”

Due to the limitations of the site, the surveyors were unable to reach the claimed office floor, confirm its specific location, or enter the so-called “”company interior,“” much less photograph the “”front desk and logo.“” The address was confirmed to be not a shared office, and because it was actually a restaurant, office-related information such as “”company internal office environment,“” “”number of rooms,“” and “”number of workstations“” could not be verified. The “”No Entry“” sign was actually due to the absence of a TRACXUS office.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the brokerage firm TRACXUS did not exist at the claimed address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the TRACXUS as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
