Process

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker GoldenBrokers in Malaysia as planned. According to public information, its office address is Unit 06, Level 19, GTower 199 Jalan Tun Razak 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet investments for investors, meticulously planned and traveled to Malaysia to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer GoldenBrokers purportedly located at Unit 06, Level 19, GTower, 199 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The inspector successfully arrived at GTower, located on Jalan Tun Razak, surrounded by a bustling environment with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter the building lobby.

No information about GoldenBrokers was found on the directory board inside the building. Without an appointment, the inspection personnel were unable to access the target floor (19th floor) to confirm the specific location, thus preventing entry into the company premises. It was not possible to photograph the reception area or the logo at the front desk, and the office is not a shared workspace.

Through the lobby area, as it was not possible to enter the company's interior, the internal environment and other conditions of the company could not be observed. Overall, it was not possible to confirm whether it aligns with the claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that dealer GoldenBrokers does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the foreign exchange dealer GoldenBrokers in Malaysia as planned. No information such as the company name of the dealer was found at its publicly displayed business address, indicating that the dealer does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
