The investigation team has received calls from investors asking for more disclosure of traders whose real office address was not in accordance with regulatory information. Given the feedback from the investors, the investigation team planned to pay a field visit to ABC 123 Cyprus.

Office

According to the regulatory information, the Cyprus licensed company of ABC 123 was located at 9, Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue Neda Court Floor 1 3070 Limassol.The investigation team paid a site visit to the office.

In order to complete the investigation task in this session, the investigation team came to Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue according to the regulatory address and found the office building where ABC 123 company was located.

The investigation team came to the other side of the building and found the words “Neda Business Center”. The gray and white English letters are very clear against the wooden wall.

The investigation team did not find any logo of ABC 123 on the company directory sign in the building. The investigation team learned from the menber in the building’s duty room that there is no ABC 123 company in the building.

Conclusion

The site investigation by the investigation staff confirmed that ABC 123's office in Cyprus does not really exist.The broker held a STP license from CySEC. Investors shall think twice about the above information and then make choice.
