Reasons for Field Survey

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Moscow as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of the broker ProFinance.ru. According to public information, its office address is 101000 Moscow, Pokrovsky Boulevard, Building 1, Office 42, 4/17.

With a sense of responsibility to rigorously verify the integrity of investors, the professional and experienced inspection team traveled to Moscow according to a carefully formulated plan. Based on the aforementioned address, they conducted an on-site inspection of the broker ProFinance.ru.

Based on the address information, the inspection team traveled to the Prokrovský Búlvar area of Moscow, attempting to locate the broker ProFinance.ru at the aforementioned address. Upon arrival, the inspection team was unable to capture a full view of the building, and no features associated with the company were found in the company campus or surrounding streets.

The inspection team was unable to enter the company lobby. Upon investigation, no company signage was displayed inside the building, and the ProFinance.ru logo was not visible on the exterior or interior. 

Upon arrival, the inspection team found no signage related to the company. After questioning security, they were told the company did not exist. Consequently, they were unable to determine the specific floor, confirm its location, or enter the premises. The address was not a shared office, and no photos could be taken of the reception desk bearing the ProFinance.ru logo. Information regarding the company's internal office environment, number of rooms, or number of workstations was also unavailable.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the brokerage firm ProFinance.ru did not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the ProFinance.ru as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
