Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team planned a visit to the broker, Yifu, in Hong Kong. Its publicly reported office address is Room 130, 2nd Floor, Kam Lien Commercial Building, 458-468 Hennessy Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, with investor's interests at heart, conducted on-site verification of Yifu based on this address.

The surveyors traveled to the Causeway Bay area of Hong Kong and arrived at the Kam Lien Commercial Building where the address points to. The company's campus and street environment are average, surrounded by a strong business atmosphere, mainly with small and medium-sized merchants. Outside the building, the surveyors could clearly take a panoramic view of the building, but no signs of Yifu were found.

The surveyors successfully entered the lobby of the building, which is consistent with the characteristics of ordinary commercial buildings. When checking the lobby directory, they did not find the company name of Yifu, making it impossible to obtain directional guidance to the company.

The surveyors ascended to the 2nd floor, which is actually the building's property management office, and there's no room 130, hence there couldnt be Yifu's office premises. Therefore, the surveyors couldn't confirm the specific location of the company, let alone enter its interior, or capture images of the reception and its logo. It was confirmed that this place is not a shared office, which further verifies that Yifu is not actually operating here.

Therefore, after the survey, it was confirmed that broker Yifu does not have a real business premise.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Yifu as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
