Process

The on-site inspection team proceeded to Turkey as planned to visit the forex broker ISGOLD. According to public information, its office address is Beyazıt Mah. Ağa Sok. No: 54 İç Kapı No: 1 Fatih/İstanbul – Türkiye. The professional and experienced inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, traveled to Turkey following a well-organized plan. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the broker ISGOLD. The inspectors went to the target area according to the address details to verify the presence of the broker ISGOLD claiming to operate at this location.

The field investigator successfully arrived at the target building, which is located in the Fatih district of Istanbul, Turkey. The surrounding streets are relatively lively, with a moderate commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information for ISGOLD was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security guard, and was granted access permission.

Since there was no directory for the company in the building, the investigator could not confirm its exact location and thus failed to reach the specific floor. Additionally, the office area in question was not a shared workspace.

Upon arrival, the inspector did not see the ISGOLD company. After inquiring with neighboring merchants, they were informed that the location had already been taken over by another business.
Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer ISGOLD does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the foreign exchange dealer ISGOLD in Turkey as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the dealer was found, indicating that the dealer does not have a genuine business location.
