The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the dealer claiming to be located at 3 Raffles Place #07 - 01 Bharat Building Singapore 048617Heffx.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Bharat Building, which is located in a bustling area of Singapore with a vibrant surrounding environment and strong commercial atmosphere. No company logo or related information of Heffx was found on the exterior of the building.

The on-site inspector entered the building lobby and explained the purpose of the visit to the security personnel. After communication, permission to enter was granted.

However, upon arriving at the building, the front desk informed us that there was no company named Heffx here, as the entire building is owned by Indian Bank, with the 7th floor being the CEO's office. The investigator was unable to access the target floor to confirm the specific location and did not find any company signage for Heffx inside the building. Since access to the target floor was denied, it was impossible to enter the company's interior, take photos of the front desk or its logo, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the lobby area, it was impossible to observe the internal environment, decoration style, employee activities, etc., as access to the company's interior was restricted. Overall, no signs of the company's presence were found, which does not align with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the dealer Heffx does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker's publicly displayed business address in Singapore as planned, but could not find any information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
