The inspection team continued its survey campaign as part of the efforts to inspect the authenticity and integrity condition within the forex brokerage sector. For this session, the inspection team goes to Australia to visit KS Markets. 

Office

According to the address it provided, KS Markets had its head office at Level 36, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney. The inspection team sent its survey staff to this place for a field investigation. 

The inspection team’s surveyors found this large modern office building at the junction of Young St and Bent St.

They entered the building, checked the floor guide in the lobby yet did not find any information about KS Markets. To double check, they still came to the 36th Floor, as was suggested by the address, and neither found any clue there. 

Conclusion

A field survey based on the address provided by the company did not find KS Markets’ office in Australia. The company claims to hold an investment advisory license from the Australia ASIC (316880).
