Field Survey Process

This period, the field survey team planned to visit the broker Guosen Securities in Hong Kong. According to public information, its office address is Room 3207-3212, 32nd Floor, One Taikoo Place, 88 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, with a responsible attitude towards investors, carried out a field investigation on Guosen Securities based on the above address.

The surveyors went to the Admiralty area in Hong Kong and arrived at One Taikoo Place. The plaza is a high-end complex integrating commerce and office buildings, with a good company park and street environment. The surrounding business atmosphere is strong, with comprehensive supporting facilities. Outside the building, the surveyors could clearly photograph the panorama of the building, but no signs of Guosen Securities were found.

The surveyors smoothly entered the lobby of the building. The lobby environment is high-end and atmospheric, which conforms to the characteristics of top-level commercial buildings. When checking the lobby's water signage, they did not find the company name of Guosen Securities, and they could not get the location guide for the company.

The surveyors went to the 32nd floor, and upon arrival, they found no water signage within the floor. There were only two lit glass doors, and according to the front desk signage, this is not Guosen Securities. There was also no company logo inside the building. Therefore, the surveyors could not confirm the exact location, let alone enter the company's interior, so they naturally couldn't photograph the reception and its logo. It was confirmed that the venue is not a shared office, further confirming that Guosen Securities is not actually doing business here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that the broker Guosen Securities does not have a real business venue.
