The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker RUIXIN FINANCE in Hong Kong, China as scheduled. According to public information, its office address is 19/F, Phase II, International Financial Centre, 8 Finance Street, Central, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and proceeded to Two International Finance Centre, 8 Finance Street, Central, Hong Kong, China, to conduct an on-site verification of the broker RUIXIN FINANCE claiming to be located on the 19th floor of the address.

The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Two International Finance Centre, located in the heart of Hong Kong's Central financial district, surrounded by a bustling environment and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or related information for RUIXIN FINANCE was found on the exterior of the building.

The field investigator entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. On the directory inside the building, there was no information about this company.

Upon inquiry, the front desk confirmed that there was no such company, making it impossible for the surveyor to reach the target floor (19th floor) to observe whether the office area of RUIXIN FINANCE had clear signage and security measures. Since access to the interior was denied, photos of the front desk and its logo could not be taken, and the office area was not a shared workspace.

Through the common areas of the floor, it was not possible to enter the company's interior, and thus, observations could not be made regarding the internal environment, decoration style, or employee activities. Overall, this does not align with the trader's claim of having an established office presence.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker RUIXIN FINANCE does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The broker's company name and other information were not visible at the publicly displayed business address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine operational premises.
