Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team proceeded to Hong Kong as planned to conduct an on-site visit to the broker HKJOJO. The publicly available information shows its office address is Room D3-06, 33rd floor, TML Tower, No.3 Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong.

Holding a meticulous and responsible attitude, the professional field survey team carried out the on-site verification of HKJOJO according to the aforementioned address.

The surveyors went to Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, and arrived at the TML Tower. The exterior of the building is quite impressive with a large number of small companies inside. The environment of the company park and the street is average, with a strong business atmosphere. Outside the building, the surveyors were able to take clear photos of the full view of the building, but no signage of HKJOJO was found.

The surveyors smoothly entered the building's lobby, which fits the characteristics of a commercial building. During the review of the lobby's directory, the company name of HKJOJO was not found, thus unable to gain the company's location guidance.

The surveyors went to the 33rd floor and identified the specific location of room D3-06, but found no information regarding HKJOJO, and no company logo was found in the building. Therefore, surveyors were unable to enter the company's interior, hence could not take photos of the reception and the reception’s logo. It was confirmed that this is not a shared office space, which further confirms that HKJOJO does not have a physical presence here.

Therefore, after the field survey, it was confirmed that broker HKJOJO does not have a real place of business.

They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location.
