The surveyor was surprised to find Mizuho FX’s logo at one corner of the building.

The surveyor entered the building and saw a simple floor directory at one side of the escalator. It was known from the directory that the broker had an office at the 3rd floor.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed that Mizuho FX’s real address was the same with its regulation address. The broker, though not using MT4/5 software, held a retail forex license issued by FSA. Thus, its didn’t operate in legal violation.
