The receptionist informed them that access to the interior floors required prior reservations and clarified that there was no DEMIS office located within the building.

Because they were unable to obtain entry permission and the receptionist had confirmed the company's non-existence, the survey team was unable to confirm the specific location of the 7th floor or other floors. Throughout the survey, no DEMIS-related logos or signs were found on the exterior or interior of the building, and no photos of the alleged reception desk or related logos were taken.

Thus, the survey confirmed that the DEMIS trading company did not exist at the aforementioned address.
