Inspection Reason

Recently, many investors called the inspection team, expressing their hope for the inspection team  exposing more Japanese brokers, whose real addresses are inconsistent with ones in their regulatory information. Given that, the investigators went to Gaitamejapan in this series for a closer look.

According to regulatory information, Gaitamejapan’s office in Japan is at 2-7-1 Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. The sent its survey team to this place for a visit. 

According to the regulatory address, the survey team found this office building, where the target for this session, Gaitamejapan, was supposed to be based.

Surveyors entered this very modern building and searched through the directory sign in the lobby, yet found no Gaitamejapan’s name in the list.

The surveyors found several security guards were checking visitors' identities in the lobby. They resorted to the security guards for the company's whereabouts after explaining what they came for, and were told that there was no such company.

Conclusion

A field investigation did not find Gaitamejapan’s office.
