帐户于6月19日被冻结、无法出金，平台给出理由是交易违规，却没有说明如何违规。现6月20日，发现帐户2千多美金利润已经被平台划扣，仅仅剩下4800美金入金。我的诉求是，接受清退，但帐户里的资金必须全部退回给我。
