This broker's customer service team is like a bunch of untrained, uneducated individuals. It's like talking to a brick wall when I try to communicate with them. I mean, seriously, it's as if they have no clue about proper customer support. It's frustrating, to say the least. I really hope they get some training and step up their game to serve their traders better. It's like they need a reality check on how to provide quality service.
