Despite contacting this broker for assistance, they dismissed my concerns, claiming the trade originated from my IP address and thus absolving them of any responsibility. However, a system glitch causing this discrepancy could still utilize my IP. I further pressed them regarding the conflicting buy and sell messages within the trade details, but my inquiry was disregarded.
