They first started by trying to contact me and convince me to close my positions. I ignored their requests and continued trading.
Then, one day, Kaerm IM suddenly closed all of my positions without my consent. They claimed that I had violated their margin requirements, but this was not true. I had always maintained a healthy margin level in my account.
When I tried to contact Kaerm IM to dispute their actions, they were unresponsive. I was unable to withdraw my remaining funds from my account, and my account was eventually closed.
