I'm based in South Africa, and my journey with iTaurux was quite a hassle. Setting up my account took a significant amount of time. When it came time to deposit funds and start trading, the platform wouldn't allow me to do so. Despite reaching out to them through multiple emails to understand the issue, I never received any response even after a month.

Had to pull out some cash, ran into iTaurux problems. Shoutout to my account manager – dude hustled hard. He got my situation, broke down the platform glitches, laid out my choices, and teamed up with me and the tech squad to fix things. He's the real deal, cares about customers, keeps 'em happy, and sticks to the company script. Props to that manager!
