我是SBCFX的客户。
在2026年3月11日，我提交了937美元的提款申请。我已经完成了所有的KYC验证，我的账户没有未平仓头寸和违规行为。
然而，该经纪商拒绝了我的取款请求（“拒绝”- Rejected），然后在没有任何通知的情况下冻结了我的账号（“账号已停用”- Account Suspended）。我无法访问自己的账户或提取自己的资金。
这违反了客户资金保护规则。我请求ASIC进行调查，命令经纪商解锁我的账户并归还我的937美元。
