The overall experience is terrible. I can't execute any options trades whatsoever. And of course, they say you can once you register. Now, I have to wait for 3 months just to get a response to my submitted trade application. As others have mentioned, getting a response or assistance is nearly impossible. It's really unfortunate that I have to give them one star.

As a user of Deriv trading platform, I've been unable to access my account for over two months now. Despite continuous follow-ups, every time I call, there's a new form to fill, documents I've sent are either not opening or getting lost in their system, requiring reprocessing. It's been a string of excuses after excuses.
