Their website is a complete mess. It's hard to find anything you're looking for, and everything seems jumbled up. Makes trying to do any trading or find important info a headache. The spreads are another big issue. They're much wider than I expected. When you're trading, these wide spreads mean you're starting off at a disadvantage. It eats into any profit you might make and makes successful trading way harder. And trying to get help from customer service? Forget about it. They seem to be always offline. When you send messages or try to get in touch, it feels like you're just talking to the air. No responses, no help, nothing. It's like they're not there at all.
