Their customer support service is very bad. Responses are so slow, it often takes hours, sometimes days, to get feedback from them.

Not a pleasant trading experience with this platform… spreads not tight, terrible customer support made your trading process more troublesome. I have nothing to say, just one piece of advice: move away, never trading with it.
