I’m having problems since two months ago !! I can’t cash out my money from the account. And my broker disappeared, he doesn’t respond to any of my messages!! I tried to call them, Again nobody answered!!

They're total frauds. I had three positions open on NZD/USD, and my price didn't even come close to my stop-loss. When I checked, the price hadn't even reached my stop-loss, but they hit it and closed all my trades at a loss. It was within 50 pips of my stop-loss, and even though I sent them evidence via email, they haven't responded.

Recently, I've been facing some issues with investing substantial amounts in ETFs through BOSSA. Even the ones I used to hold significant positions in seem to be locked now. It's a bit frustrating as I can't execute the trades I planned.

Customer service could use some improvement. Wait times can be on the longer side. However, once they hit their corporate social responsibility stride, things usually get pretty decent.
