Extremely poor customer service and very arrogant account managers! They give you different information and expect you to roll with it. Their site is also hard to navigate. Would not recommend it at all!

I recently had a frustrating experience with Maven when attempting to update my account to a margin account. The process took an unexpectedly long time, causing me to miss out on several trading opportunities. This delay has been quite inconvenient, and I must admit, it has left me disappointed with Maven's service.
