The process could certainly be streamlined for better user experience.

They repeatedly asked me to submit proof of funds, I must've done it like 4 times, they just kept asking. It felt like they were trying to make the process as difficult as they could. Then, they kept bugging me and calling at all hours asking for more documents and making it even more complicated. It was ludicrous! I remember one day, I received five unanswered calls from them, persistently asking for another proof of funds. Finally, I just had enough and I was like, "forget it." So, I pulled my money out and switched to another platform.
