I recently had a perplexing experience with Everbright Futures as they froze my account, citing a supposed error with my bank card. I double-checked my card details, and they were accurate. The inconvenience of having my account frozen was exacerbated by the fact that I had to pay to have it unfrozen. Is this really necessary?
