Equiti says to be regulated well. But the fact is that the FSA license is offshore regulatory and the FCA license is a suspicious clone. Both of them are invalid. Everyone should be careful! In addition, detailed information on trading condition is missing on their website.

The costs to trade are low because the spreads are small. This means I don't pay too much when I make a trade. That's great! 👍👍👍

Trading conditions on the Equiti platform was quite good. I love its EA trading most. EA can help me process trades during all trading-session. Customer service is also helpful.

Great broker and outstanding customer service however, be careful choosing your account type. I spent a day trading a 1k raw spread demo account. I made a 23% gain (231$) on it only to be charged 170$ commission at the end. This left me 61$ after a days trading. How on earth am I expected to grow a live account with commission charges like that.

I have never received any contract documentation, which raises significant concerns about their legitimacy and ethical practices. After executing 2,352 trades, I was abruptly accused of "improper trading" without prior warning or any evidence. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. Additionally, my withdrawal requests have been blocked multiple times without explanation, severely impacting my financial situation. The timing of these invasive actions—three months into my trading—raises serious questions about their operational integrity. The overall lack of communication and accountability has eroded my trust. I strongly advise potential clients to reconsider before engaging with Equiti Brokerage. My experience highlights significant risks, and I urge others to choose a broker that prioritizes transparency and client trust.

Equiti, what a rollercoaster ride. I've had my fair share of back-and-forths with their customer support. I mean, I must have repeated the same steps like ten times over, only to hit a dead end every single time. Sent them screenshots, explained my situation, but it's like talking to a brick wall. They claimed they couldn't find my "dormant" account, yet insisted on me going through the password reset circus. Couldn't give a straight answer on how my personal data got wiped or who did it. And get this, I get these account stats from Equiti but can't even log into the member area, let alone access my trading account. That's Equiti for you. Apart from their utterly useless support, they're all about cherry-picking the positive reviews while turning a blind eye to the negatives.

This broke closed my position without informing me, deducted my profit of $1120, so unreasonable and shameless! The money belongs to me and it is $1120! I tried to contact my account manager, giving me no response…who can help me?!
