406 DAYS SINCE POCKET WITHHOLDED THE PROFIT FROM MY ACCOUNT AND BLOCKED IT AFTER I INFORMED THE SUPPORT THAT MY WITHDRAWALS WERE BEING CANCELED WITHOUT MY CONSENT, INCIALLY THEY SAID THAT THEY HAD ALREADY MADE THE PAYMENT AND CUBOPAY HAD WITHHOLD MY MONEY, THEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING REFUND THE BALANCE, NOW THEY ARE CLAIMING THAT I USED THE FUNDS IN NEGOTIATION AND CLOSED THE BALANCE, ALL THE INFORMATION THEY ARE USING IS FALSE AND FALSE, THEY HAVE MY PROFIT RETAINED AND THEY CONTINUE TO REFUSE TO PAY MY PROFIT IN THE AMOUNT OF $6767 USD, I HAVE BEEN IN THIS FIGHT FOR 1 YEAR AND THEY ARE MOCKING, BLOCKING THE ACCOUNTS I CREATE TO CONTACT SUPPORT AND MY PAYMENT EVEN THEY DON'T MAKE IT! THEY ACT IN BAD FAITH AND FRAUDULENTLY ON THE ACCOUNTS; THEY ARE SEVERAL CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME COMPLAINTS, ACCOUNTS CLOSED BY THEM AND AFTER THAT BLOCKED WITHOUT ANY JUSTIFICATION! Bad Slippage Aviod Tradind with Pocket Option

Aviod trading with pocket option I made a deposit after I successfully completed KYC for easy use opend 5 positions but all closed without me closing it the time set is not working accurately. Manage to turn 10usd to 13usd, I expected to get more but due to the closing position without my intention made it small. this is totally a manipulation the position so I advise you not invest in them to avoid being scammed.

pocket option stole over $115 million of my profit

What happened to me is that I traded in PO TRADE LTD/ POCKET OPTION correctly and officially and I have evidence that my deals are correct with all my trades as my profits amounted to more than 115 million dollars correctly and officially and I was surprised that pocket option blocked my account and stole my profits and manipulated the timing of my deals in the account statement in a fraudulent manner to show that my profits were due to a technical glitch but pocket option does not know that I have documented screenshots of all my deals within the application in my account which prove the correct timing and validity of my deals and profits and therefore the fraud that pocket option is doing will not benefit it and I will not give up my right at all and I will continue to demand my right until I recover all my profits. As trading can lose millions of dollars and also make millions of dollars and therefore no company has the right to confiscate the profits of any client .Whatever

The deposit on Feb 19th is 1000USD and it is still not arrived. The deposit ID, screenshot, wallet are all provided to customer service. But they keep asking me to restart. There is no reply from email either.

Pocket Option froze withdrawal after KYC and block

I deposited $31 and won $3,800 USDT. After verifying my account and passing KYC, Pocket Option froze my withdrawal of $3,765.96 USDT. They are now withholding my funds and citing a previously reported duplicate account, which was created by mistake and closed by my request. I provided all documents, completed verification, and never violated their terms in bad faith. This is clear fund withholding, and I am requesting WikiFX to investigate and warn others.

The platform does not respond to the emails I send to support, they are lying saying that I used my balance in negotiations which they know is a lie because they have already sent me a message saying that they had paid my profit and Cubopay had withheld my money, already they invented several contradictory lies to avoid paying the profit that they will withhold from my account which was blocked, they are saying that they refunded my deposit funds which is also a lie as Payretailers sent me an email proving that they had not authorized any refunds, today It has been 293 days since my $6767 profit was withheld by them and the account was blocked! 62 days passed after they messaged me that my refund was being processed and would take 30-60 days to do so! I WANT TO LEAVE MY TOTAL INDIGNATION WITH THE PLATFORM! DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY IN THIS BROKER, THEIR SUPPORT IS NOT RELIEF, THEY DO NOT RESOLVE THE CUSTOMERS' PROBLEMS, THEY LIE AND USE FALSE INFORMATION TO NOT PAY THE PROFITS, THEY MOCK THE CUSTOMERS! I wanted to share my trading experience with this broker which I registered and deposited $10 to the real account i open many positions but they closed the positions and wifed all my balance .Which lead me to lose all my capital and profit. Don’t ever deposit your money with such type of brokers. after i lost my money i check them in but i found out they are not regulated so please avoide using them to trade . They wiped out my account with 10000$ Fraudsters

On December 2022 I learn and read about Binary trading, I was already trading on Forex but that style of trading is not suitable for me. I need quick result of every trade thats why I learn and develop my trading strategy and Trading system too fast and become profitable in few months. Pocket option is the second website where I ragistered and Complete my profile verification. But when I become profitable that Time I was in lose about 3000$ So I recovere all of my amount and Plus 7111$ more profit. I try to withdraw my money. They declined it by Selfie verification. I complete my verification and Again Try to withdraw money. Then Again they decline it that the adress verification is required. I provide my Orignal document they Accept it. then 3rd time I Requested for Withdrawal again they decline it by Wrong Adress. and Ask for Credit card verification. I provide Card pictures. After sending My Card pictures approximately 3 hours later I received 2 messages one Verifications is competed. I was happy that (Jhan chut gia) and in the second message is Most shit reason that I'm using bot and my Account is wiped up by The Most Smart Scammers in world. this is The real story that what I face this month. I delete my account and Share here this honest Review. some people is in the favor of Pocket option they are because they are only Affiliate with him. to drive them more Poeples for wiping out there accounts and money. When you lose they will never ask you for any type of verification. And Last point. Goto Pocket option home page goto review section in the bottom and check out the profiles of persons who give them reviews they are already in loses or offline accounts. You will see only newbie accounts. They are clear fraudster. and Support team is also very unmannered peoples. I will ask them On the day of judgment. because they wast my previous time. and hard earned money. Stay Safe.

    Have you noticed that the section on the left changes depending on the trading more you are in? For MT4/MT5, they have great analytics, with trade setups describe in detail, if I click on any of this. But for some reason, in quick trading mode there is nothing like this. Instead, its just some useless Achievements tab... Support also, mostly done by people in chats it feels like. I would much rather them take a more hands-on approach. Right now, its just community effort.

    In all fairness, pocket option has one of the most comprehensive asset offerings among brokers. Options, as the name suggests, forex, real shares, copy trading... but I can't help but feel that they're have their fingers in too many pies. Any reputable trading platform has to focus on the quality of their instruments, not on having a run-of-the-mill package comprised of everything at once
    In all fairness, pocket option has one of the most comprehensive asset offerings among brokers. Options, as the name suggests, forex, real shares, copy trading... but I can't help but feel that they're have their fingers in too many pies. Any reputable trading platform has to focus on the quality of their instruments, not on having a run-of-the-mill package comprised of everything at once
