I'm unable to withdraw my money from the platform. I invested $100 in Warren Bowie & Smith. Please help.
I fell for a scam , I invested 4200 dollars in this platform and so far I can't withdraw anything , it's always an excuse, now it's the World Cup block , but the World Cup is almost ending and no return, is there a legal way to recover these amounts.
These criminals, a woman named Regina, with a Mexican accent, pretending to be Mexican, gave me investment advice and there were always positions marked by her for buying or selling. Now, when she couldn't get money out of me because I don't have any, she disappeared. She told me to withdraw my investment before losing it, saying that money isn't for everyone, especially if I wasn't willing to invest more money. When I tried to do it, I couldn't withdraw anything; what's more, I have a supposed profit, all lies, thieves, scammers, bastards.-
As an investor, I was approached by advisors on a website explaining the activities of your company WARREN BOWIE&SMITH. As a commercial advisor, Alejandro Villanueva encouraged me to disburse funds via credit card payments from Banco de Bogotá, starting with $100, which would triple within a week. This continued for 16 days, resulting in a total investment as of September 16 of 2.800-dos (one thousand eight hundred dollars), almost as if it were mandatory, promising higher returns on investments accompanied by you of 10.356 (ten thousand three hundred fifty-six dollars). I emphasize this capital and profit from August 28 to September 16, 2025. Then, on September 17, to my great surprise upon opening my account, it was found... closed, and with the loss of everything, including my deposit - BIG SCAM - REPORT - THIEVING CROOKS
They don't let you withdraw money and they challenge you demanding that you must increase your monetary income and I withdrew leaving the investment and the profits
I deposited 450 dollars and now I have nothing. When I inquired about a withdrawal, they just avoided the topic. Yesterday, my advisor disappeared, and by night my account was already liquidated and had negative numbers. Now I have nothing and I don't know how to resolve all this.
I submitted a withdrawal request because I had grown suspicious of the broker. They kept calling me constantly, pressuring me to deposit between $1,000 and $3,000 for supposedly "safe" investments. On the very day my withdrawal was supposed to be processed, they disabled my account. They then told me I had to deposit more money to have it reactivated. All the representatives had Mexican accents. Please, do not get involved with them—they are scammers. Their charts are manipulated to make you lose money. They lure people in through advertisements on
My father (aged 74) signed a contract in English with the company that owns the financial broker Warren Bowie and Smith. With the idea of multiplying his savings to leave a larger inheritance to his children, he deposited more and more money and in three months lost absolutely all his savings. He does not understand in the slightest how a broker works or the financial instruments he was buying and selling, always on the advice of a broker's representative, who dishonestly told him what to do and made him trade with enormous leverage. My intention is for him to immediately disassociate himself from that site and from any legal ties that could compromise him in the future. If anyone knows of legal advice that can help me interpret the signed contract and find the safest way to end this mess, I would greatly appreciate it. I remain at your disposal and look forward to hearing from you.
They don't let me withdraw, and practically forced me to keep investing until I ended up with $2400, which they claim is theirs, and on top of that I owe them $2800 according to them for business profits.
They won't let me withdraw my earnings; they're always asking me to deposit more money. They haven't authorized any withdrawals. They said they authorized $4,200, and five days later I received a rejection email. Now I've placed an order for $8,000, and nobody will authorize it unless I deposit more money.
They took what little I had, and now I'm in debt and I don't know how to pay it back. I can't believe I believed them. I feel terrible because they told me that with just $100 I would double my money, and in the end they took everything without me even realizing it. Then they kept calling me to keep investing, but I had nothing. They told me I had to keep trading and that they were going to teach me and all that, but they kept saying I had to invest more. Then my brother put in $120 because they told me that if I invested in Nvidia I would make a lot of money, but they took my money again. Now I find out it's all a scam. I just want my money and my brother's back because we're not rich. We work hard and try to get ahead however we can. Thanks.
This so-called broker operates maliciously. Through their arguments and methods, they commit fraud. They invite people to make deposits to trade, promising withdrawals after reaching a certain profit level. However, when it comes time to withdraw, they create obstacles, such as not reaching the required level, incomplete documentation, too much time having passed since the deposits, or that the account has been depleted and another deposit is needed to reach the required level. To lure people in, they promote the idea that withdrawals can be made at any time, but this is not the case. I have met all the requirements, and yet they are asking me to make another deposit of a larger amount (US$490). I was supposed to have over $1,000 before, but now I need $10,000 to withdraw. I have been with them for several years, and the only money they have ever refunded me is $20. They also offered me bonuses to continue trading.
First, a consultant contacts you, then tells you to make a minimum investment of 100 dollars, makes you open and close transactions, asks you to deposit more money to open other operations with higher profits. I only lost the 100 dollars.
These criminals, a man named Alberto posing as a stockbroker, gave me investment advice and always called me in the morning to advise me on setting positions marked by him for buying and selling. When he couldn't get more money from me, and I told him I wanted to withdraw my money with my profit totaling 8834 dollars, I lost all communication with them.
First, they make you deposit $100, which they double, and they tell you that you have five protected trades and pressure you to deposit more funds with the promise that they will double it again. They send you a contract that you are forced to sign in English. You start trading with the help of an advisor who always pressures you to double your investment, and as soon as you want to make a withdrawal, they start saying that the system takes five business days to link your account and make the deposit. Even when you win and your funds exceed three times the amount to be withdrawn, out of nowhere, you find yourself with no balance and not a dollar in your account. It's a SCAM, the worst trading platform that exists. Everyone should be warned to stay away from this so-called broker. They are rats.
They first show you that they are certified by financial institutions in the country, then they ask for an initial deposit of $100 and start trading, showing that there are no immediate profits. With that, they ask you to deposit at least $3,000 to achieve $9,000 in a month. They insist two or three times a day until you give in. The first sessions with the advisor seemed like they were teaching you how to use the stock market, so I trusted them, and in two days I lost all my money. When I demanded explanations, I was yelled at, and they finally said that's just how the market is, that they didn't make good decisions. I kept trading, and they made me close out profitable trades. Then I demanded they change advisors because every time I traded, he made me lose money. They started asking me for more money, supposedly to allow me to withdraw. I told them no, and their customer support became terrible; they don't answer, and I get messages saying I can't withdraw the little money I have in the account. Now I have no way to recover my money.
