Farmwise Grains (Pty) Ltd was established in 1994 by farmers, financial services professionals and agricultural experts in collaboration. Their clients range from farmers and Co-ops to Agri traders and Animal feed producers. Farmwise claims to focus on aggregating seasonal supply into year on year consistent supply for processors and leveraging longer term off-take agreements for their producer clients into growth opportunities.

• Physical Delivered Commodity Products - They trade in all the types and classes of physical soft commodities that are available in the South African Market.

• Derivative Markets - Commodity Derivatives Trading takes place through their subsidiary Company - F-Wise Capital (PTYL) Ltd. And Currency Derivatives Trading takes place through their subsidiary Company - F-Wise Capital (PTYL) Ltd.

Online Trading System

F-wise Capital (Pty) Ltd uses STT‘s Avvento as our primary front-end software. On the trading side, users can create watchlists for multiple asset classes and access depth screens and charts (with basic technical analysis tools) per contract from these. And there is a mobile version of the front-end which can perform all the key trading functionality. Meanwhile, F-Wsise Capital (PTY) Ltd uses DST’s Diro as one of our preferred trading software for the JSE markets. Diro is an internet based online trading system that includes all the trading functionality retail and professional traders need. Also, Diro is available for the IOS and Android version.
