Cheater broker, scam broker, froude broker, thief broker. I had 1543 dollars in my account, I waited 2 weeks with a withdrawal of 500 dollars, but the withdrawal was not granted and my trading account was closed. After 2/3 days they took all the dollars from my account. I spoke to customer service about this and he told me that he gave me all the dollars but gave me nothing and he told me a complete lie.I sent an email to the official email of Active Trade regarding this matter but they did not reply me at all.

some of their agents are liars. their sgent susan told me that my withrawal will be send to its source. In that particular withrawal, $20 was deposited thru online banking but the $30 was deposited thru mastercard. However, danai told me that all my withrawal was returned to my mastercard. they are making easy problem harder becsuse withrawal thru online banking will be finshed in less than one hour but thru mastercard would talke morethan 3 days. they are very unfair. i

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with ActiveTrade. After trading on their platform, they removed my profits 33253.79 USD without any clear explanation. Even worse, they have refused to return my real money, which has been a huge source of stress for me. Account # 987491😡

Imparity clause of ActivTrades. Deduct my profits with the reason of illegal trading

My account: 3017047 I traded on my own, and when there was a loss to the point where the position was about to be liquidated, I made multiple deposits. It was traded on May 11, and they just made a profit, so they banned me from trading and said me Violation. When I lost money to the point where I was about to liquidate my position, nothing happened and I could trade normally, but when I started to make a profit, they banned me from trading, saying that I violated the rules and only returned my principal. Is this platform only allowed to lose money? , Is it not allowed to make a profit? Attached is a screenshot of the MT4 deducted profit and the account balance.

I have joined the exchange. The first time I withdraw, I can withdraw. Next time I have to deposit capital for trading. When withdrawing,they will tell you to pay a fee of 58 million (fast withdrawal fee) to withdraw. After closing, make a withdrawal order. then it says error up cccd. If you pay more than 70 million, you can withdraw. But I can't afford to pay anymore. Is such a floor possible? Currently, the amount of money suspended is 730,770,000 VND has not been approved.

I was trading on the platform for 2 days, and from one moment, unexpectedly, they disconnect my trading account and make it disable. After I contacted live chat and asked why my account is unable to trade when I was trading, i have been waiting for more than 5 minutes with no answer after he replies to contact via email, not letting me know what's wrong right after he disconnect the chat.

I have never seen such a company. I deposited and made some trades in which I made a profit, but when I made a withdrawal to get the profit, they removed my profit and they also removed my deposit amount.

    Among other brokers, activtrades seemed to be the most reliable. Our FCA UK licence, proven track record since 2001 and access to tradingview as the bonus, to what is actually made me join them. Though, I can’t recommend them, if you’re an algo trader or scalper. There is no zero account or some API to feel comfortable, if you follow this strategy. For other trading styles, solid option.

    When I signed up for the first time, seeing how a broker offers their proprietary platform, made me curious and I wanted to test it immediately. After using it for a while, I gotta say, this is much better than mt4 and mt5 versions, they collaborated with TradingView, so I could use the same interface when I was analyzing on TV before. I don’t need to switch between platforms anymore, if you know what I mean. So staying here further was reasonable.
