They closed the trader's cryptocurrency positions without consent or notification. This is illegal, and they should be shut down for it. However, there are many other issues, such as not responding to emails and calls. Chat doesn't work either. This is unacceptable for a financial company. Another reason to shut them down. They are rude, and if you're lucky enough to chat with an advisor, they suddenly leave the chat room. Withdrawals are nearly impossible and come with a lot of excuses.
