More fraud or any problems that occur during the news or trading, I will be compensated. When the trading started, they told me that trading during the news time is only affected by a difference of 5 points in the customers’ footsteps. They deceive customers about the advantages of the company, but when they subscribe, they deny what they say. Prime It was mentioned by the support that it is all a lie and that they have nothing to do with Forex. And when you enter the video, it appears that the deal is closed seconds before the news. That was before the platform interacted with Arid by more than 90 points, and this is what caused my loss. They also claim that my loss was due to the breakout, as the cursing of the liquidity provider increased, so it is impossible to compensate. I can provide you with a video showing what happened to the company. Ahmed Al-Araji told me, “How long is the money?”
Here they have debited my all profit on the name of dividend adjustment and told me that I have made a trade on dividends adjustment date even I hold the position for two days and the profit made by me in price in spa 35 indic.this very un fair I suggest the action to be taken against them.if any know how to complaint against them tell me
I have a zero account with them, but in reality, the spread is strong. Despite taking $8 for a 1 lot trade, they deducted approximately $4600 in commission from me during my trades. It's unfair, I swear.
Primex claims to be an ECN broker, but it is clear that it manipulates the candles with proof.
PrimeX is a fraudulent and deceitful company. Their customer service deceives clients with the company's supposed advantages, but when you subscribe, they deny what they promised, as it happened to me. They told me that trading during news time wouldn't be affected, and the spread would only increase by a maximum of 5 points. They also claimed that any issues during news or trading would be compensated. However, when I started trading, the spread increased by more than 90 points, causing me significant losses. They then falsely attributed my losses to the spread. Interestingly, during a video, it was evident that the trades were closed seconds before the news announcement, even before the platform could react to the news. This clearly showed that all the support team's claims were lies, and they have no connection to forex whatsoever. When I contacted the company's manager, Ahmed Al-Araji, he told me, 'The funds are not enough to cover the loss because we lost with the liquidity provider, so it's impossible to provide any compensation.' I can provide you with a video showing what happened.
They said, Enter $200 in a copying program, and one of the experts trades for you, and there is a team that follows him. I told them that if he lost, they said to compensate you. I was happy with their words, and within less than 24 hours, when I transferred the money in the wallet, he entered many losing deals. When I called them, they said, “This is the expert’s strategy. Leave it to him.” When I came back, I found my account from 200 dollars, it became 1.74
Fraudsters, the problem was not solved. They just contacted me and asked me to withdraw the report that was previously submitted. And in return, they will investigate and try to solve the problem, and so far no amount has been returned..
