Derby Forex is pretty cool because they let you choose between MT4 and MT5 platforms, which is sweet because I like having options. Plus, they've got tons of trading tools and analysis resources, like charts and indicators, which is a huge plus. And they've got a great selection of trading products too, so you've got plenty to choose from. However, their customer service team isn't exactly the most professional or knowledgeable. They could really use some improvement in that department.

I gotta be honest, I didn't read the contract and agreement carefully when I first signed up with Derby Forex, and boy, did I regret it. Turns out they've got a whole bunch of hidden fees that they don't exactly advertise, and the spreads are sky high. I only realized this after I started trading with them. When I confronted their customer service about it, they basically told me it was my fault for not reading the fine print. Talk about frustrating!
