Well, first, I was contacted by Melania from the Libertex broker. She told me about the broker and encouraged me to invest. I was led by her promises of big earnings within a few months, which prompted me to make an initial deposit of $1,000, followed by another $8,000 and then another $2,000. This was to start trading and generating profits. Everything was going well with six successful trades. Then, she suggested making a trade in gas, which opened with a $3,500 investment. Within minutes, the trade was at risk of an 80% loss. An auto-boost was activated, the trade increased, and started to fall into negative territory. Despite seeing this, the analyst didn't advise me, just assured that it would bounce back in my favor. Sadly, as the minutes passed, the trade closed in negative, resulting in losing all my capital and earnings.

Scam and extortion!!!!!

Libertex doesn't allow you to withdraw money.

It's super easy to deposit money into the platform, someone would call you and say they will assist you at all times. But once you make the payment, they tell you they will call back the next day and they don't. To withdraw money, you have to make requests, some are accepted and others are rejected but it's always the same story– they claim they are transferring the money to your account and then say it couldn't be done due to technical issues. It's really a terrible platform. In the images, you can see how I loaded the 50 dollars and when I want to withdraw them, the platform behaves as if they’ve already been withdrawn but they return to the account.

On May 28, 2025, I lost USD 3,400 in a single transaction with the NG (Henry Hub Natural Gas) asset on the Libertex platform, under the direct phone guidance of an alleged financial advisor from their team. During the call: They instructed me to open a transaction with a 60x multiplier, without warning of the risks. They pressured me to modify the multipliers (1x, 10x, 60x), which caused immediate losses. Then another advisor from the supposed "risk team" contacted me demanding more money to save the transaction. They promised me a USD 1,000 bonus, which was never made effective. I ended up borrowing to deposit more funds, which were also lost. They never explained the real risks. I felt psychologically pressured and manipulatively guided towards a total loss. I filed a formal complaint with Libertex, who responded with a generic message saying they will "investigate" within 30 business days. 😡

"IT'S A SCAM"

I came across a supposedly trader person who was teaching and entered through an affiliate link so they could teach us for free. The deposit to my account was 100 USD, which I managed to deposit without any problem. Now, when I want to withdraw "87" USD, it appears that I have to complete a verification before withdrawal. Well, I filled in the details, and the verification arrives at my Gmail but not to my phone number. I followed all the steps they asked for from their help page, and so far, they haven't resolved anything. Also, every time I try to make a withdrawal, my account balance keeps decreasing. I WAS COMPLETELY SCAMMED, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. I sent messages to the supposed trader, to the company's number where messages never arrive, and to the Gmail support, and none of them respond.

I was working with the Libertex broker and I hadn't had any problems, I could deposit and withdraw without any issues. However, my profits were less than $1,000.00 USD. But as soon as I managed to make profits, I have $3141.52 USD in my account and since Friday, September 19, 2024, my withdrawal has not been processed. On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, after calling, I received a notification stating that my account was not verified. So I uploaded the verification data. And it said that I would receive a response within 1 to 2 business days. The next day, Wednesday, September 25, 2024, I logged into the application and there was a notification stating that if I didn't add a screenshot of the payment method showing the name of their company, the amount of money deposited, date and time, my email address, the link of the platform where the payment was made, and the logo of the company I used to make the payment, my account would be suspended.

They call you to give you advice, but it's to trick you.

I had a bad experience with that broker. Their advisors harass you with calls, promising you guaranteed returns if you follow their advice, but in the end they lead you to total loss. They earn from what you lose, so be very careful with this. If you don't want to lose your money, don't trust that broker. I am attaching crude oil trades guided by them via telephone and total loss of the account.

They acted in collusion as I was contacted by several of them who seemed to be well-coordinated. My main financial advisor, Julia or Juliana, would constantly pressure me to deposit more to take advantage of the initial bonus doubling, a bonus that never arrives. They then have you go through a series of successful trades until you're brought to the brink of loss. Then begins the coercive extortion. If you don't double the sum, you lose everything. In the best case scenario, you lose all invested up to that point, and the coercive extortions continue. Since there's no money left in the account, you're forced to deposit more to be given the initial bonus. 👿
