Chuang Yuan Futures Ltd. was established in 1995 and is one of the first companies in China to engage in the professional Futures business, also the first Futures company in the industry to be listed on the New Third Board (stock code 832280). Suzhou Chuangyuan Investment Development Group, the controlling shareholder of Chuang Yuan Futures, has been among the top 500 Chinese enterprises for ten consecutive years. It is a large state-owned enterprise group in Suzhou City and one of the first 14 landmark enterprises in Suzhou City. Chuang Yuan Futures has a registered capital of RMB 500 million, and its main business includes Commodity Futures Business, Financial Futures Business, Investment Consulting Business, Asset management business, and risk management business, with 8 branches and 11 business offices nationwide. Chuang Yuan Futures has a wholly-owned risk management subsidiary, Suzhou Chuang Yuan He Ying Capital Management Co. Ltd., has a registered capital of RMB 350 million, and is qualified to provide business such as warehouse order service, spread trading, over-the-counter derivatives, and market-making business. Chuang Yuan Futures currently holds a futures trading license from the China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX).
Products & Services of Chuang Yuan Futures
The core business of Creation Futures is divided into four parts: Risk Management, Asset Management, Fund Sales, and Investment Consulting. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chuang Yuan He Ying Capital Management Company, Chuang Yuan Futures carries out risk management business, which mainly includes basis trade, warehouse receipt service, cooperative hedging, over-the-counter derivatives business, market-making business, and risk management service. The structure of Chuang Yuan Futures' asset management products covers various types such as managed, structured, and FOF, and the investment scope involves various markets such as commodity futures, financial futures, Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares, individual stock options, commodity options, exchange-traded bonds, inter-bank bonds, public funds, and private equity funds. Trading Software of Chuang Yuan Futures
Tristar Futures offers a variety of trading software for investors, including Wenhua Finance Winshun, Chuang Yuan Futures - Bo Yi Cloud Trading Version, Polaris 9.3, Fast Futures - V3 (with market analysis), Fast Futures V2, Tristar Futures Online Trading 5.0 (UFX), Trading Pathfinder, and Pyramid Decision Trading Software. Mobile software mainly includes Genesis Futures App, Easy Star (domestic mainstream futures, securities, and foreign exchange quotes display software, supporting the implementation of domestic and international futures, financial indices, foreign exchange, options simulation market quotes, and charts display).
Deposit and Withdrawal of Chuang Yuan Futures
Tristar Futures supports traders to deposit funds to their accounts via bank transfer. There is no limit to the number of withdrawals per day using the system, and the cumulative daily withdrawal limit is 3 million RMB, with a minimum deposit of 100 RMB in the investor's account. Non-Banking investors can transfer funds through their registered futures settlement account to the corresponding company's special margin account via wire transfer or online banking (with the purpose of “futures margin” specified). Non-Banking investors should make an appointment with the Finance Department 2 hours in advance to arrange for funds and risk assessment of the transaction if the withdrawal amount exceeds 5 million RMB.
